Unfortunately, where work is carried out, mistakes are sometimes made. If you have a complaint about our services, please let us know immediately. All complaints will be handled by the management.
Upon receipt of a complaint, we will register the complaint and confirm receipt within two working days. This confirmation also states who is dealing with the complaint and when a substantive response can be expected.
In consultation with you, we will examine how we can find a solution. If this does not satisfy you, you have the option of submitting your complaint to the Financial Services Complaints Institute (KiFiD). Herenvest is affiliated with KiFiD under number 300.005915.
In our General Terms and Conditions we have declared ourselves committed with regard to statements of the KiFiD up to an amount of € 25,000.-. In addition, we reserve the right to ask the judge to give an opinion. You can consult the complaints procedure on the KiFiD website. Of course, you are always at liberty to apply to the civil court.
